The multi-stage process may integrate several key components: A Gas Cooling Facility that immediately lowers the temperature of the exhaust; a Double Cyclone that efficiently collects initial dust and particulates; a Semi-Dry Reactor (SDR) that finely sprays slaked lime slurry to neutralize and humidify acidic gases (SOx, HCl, HF, etc.) contained in the hot exhaust; a high-efficiency Bag Filter that captures fine dust and harmful particulate matter generated during incineration with 99.9% efficiency; a Wet Scrubber that further cleans and collects remaining acidic gases; and a Stack that serves as the exhaust chimney, releasing the fully treated and clean flue gas safely into the atmosphere. These systems ensure strict compliance with international environmental emission standards.
